To ensure a great wellness spa experience, please observe the following guidelines: Arrive on time for your appointment to make the most of your spa experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Communicating your preferences and health concerns to your therapist before your treatment ensures a tailored experience. Also, disrobe to your comfort level, and our therapists will respect your modesty. These guidelines aim to create a calming and welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation.
We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 24 hour notice of cancelation or schedule changes. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without regard to this 24 hour policy we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your massage therapist and means clients miss the opportunity to get the services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the service fee when cancelling after the 24 hour policy. No Call/No shows will be charged at 100%.

Any inappropriate behavior may lead to session termination, a full fee charge, and potential reporting to local authorities. Respectful conduct ensures a positive experience for both you and your massage therapist.
